Monica has been instrumental in more than a dozen successful product launches in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. In addition, she is a master in developing key opinion leaders and motivating them to change treatment algorithms in the areas of peripheral nerve repair, cardiovascular surgery and mental illness.
Monica has a MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BS in Chemistry from Howard University.
